The Brand
01
It started with a question no one was asking: what if a bar of soap could respond to a magnet?
Not as a gimmick. Not as a trick. But as proof — tangible, physical proof — that what you were holding in your hands was made from something real. Something pulled from deep inside the Earth, compressed over billions of years, and now resting in your palm.
That question became CINDER.
02
We spent months sourcing three ingredients that most soap makers have never touched.
Magnetite (Fe₃O₄) — the same iron oxide that ancient navigators used to find north. Shungite — a 2-billion-year-old carbon mineral found only in the Karelia region of Russia, studied for its unique molecular structure. Volcanic sulfur — harvested from active fumaroles, used for centuries to purify and clarify skin.
These aren't marketing words. They're minerals with histories longer than civilization itself.
03
We didn't want to make a soap that smelled like minerals. We wanted to make a soap that was minerals — and still felt like a luxury experience.
Every batch is cold-processed by hand. The carrier oils are chosen for their skin-barrier properties. The essential oil blends are designed to complement the mineral earthiness without masking it.
The result is a bar that lathers dark, rinses clean, and leaves your skin feeling like it just went through something ancient.
04
CINDER. The residue left after something has burned completely. The trace of fire. The mark that remains.
We chose it because it captures exactly what these minerals are — the remnants of geological forces so powerful they shaped the planet. And because every bar leaves something behind on your skin: not residue, but ritual.
This is not mass-market soap. It never will be.
